Costs

Businesses with 300 users or less

  • Microsoft licensing:
    • SKU = Microsoft 365 Business Voice
    • COST = $20 per user/month
  • Oakwood managed service pricing:
    • OFFERING: M365 Managed Voice
    • COST = $5 per user/month
  • TOTAL COST = $25 per user/month

Businesses with 301 users or more

  • Microsoft licensing:
    • SKU = Office 365 Phone System
    • COST = $20 per user/month (E1 & E3 Licenses)
  • Oakwood managed service pricing:
    • OFFERING: O365 Managed Voice
    • COST = $3 per user/month
  • TOTAL COST = $23 per user/month

Project Assumptions

  • Current Phone Accounts are in good standing
  • The client has no more than 2 carriers
  • There is no need for SMS integration.
  • Training materials can be provided by Oakwood, but training will be done by the client.
  • Call flow will be agreed upon before infrastructure is built.
  • No user or content migration is included in scope.
  • Hardware installations, including new VOIP phones or conference room solutions is considered out of scope.
