
Overview
A Dallas-based credit union serving more than 35,000 members across multiple branch locations engaged Oakwood to modernize endpoint management and improve operational visibility by transitioning from Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to Microsoft Intune. The organization managed hundreds of millions in assets and was looking to simplify device management, strengthen security posture, and create a more scalable foundation for supporting distributed users and modern workplace initiatives.
